At Gillingham Street Angels, we provide a lifeline to thousands of people, and even their pets, across Medway and the surrounding areas. But we can’t do this without your support. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps us make a real difference.

How to Donate to Gillingham Street Angels
Your generosity keeps our services running. You can support us with:

1. Financial Donations
Whether it’s a one-off gift or a regular monthly donation, your contribution helps us provide food, clothing, furniture, and wellbeing support to vulnerable people in our community. Please contact info@gillinghamstreetangels.org.uk for further information on donating.

2. Food Donations
We welcome all food donations; from individuals, local businesses, or distributors. These items help stock our GSA Foodbank and provide meals for families and individuals in need.

• Drop food off at any Gillingham Street Angels site

• Or call our Transport Team on  01634 558 940 to arrange a collection.

3. Furniture, Clothing & Household Items
We accept most reusable items, including:

• Furniture (must have fire safety labels if upholstered)

• Household goods

• Clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Donations can be:

• Dropped off at any of our charity shops

• Collected by our Transport Team 01634 558 940 to arrange a collection. 

 
Please remember: We can only accept items that are clean, safe, and reusable. Disposing of unsuitable items costs the charity money – funds we’d rather spend helping people in need.

4. What We Cannot Accept
For health, safety, and legal reasons, we are unable to accept the following:

• Upholstered furniture without a fire label

• Children’s car seats

• Safety items such as children’s bike helmets

• Stained mattresses, duvets, or bedding.
